Support
Help with signing in, getting access, and using Whon on the web or in the app.
Getting access
Whon is invitation-only. Your department administrator sends an invitation to your work email; the link is valid for seven days. If you have not received it, check your junk or quarantine folder first, then ask your administrator to resend it.
Signing in
- Use the work email address your invitation was sent to.
- Sign-in asks for your password and a one-time code from your authenticator app.
- Forgot your password? Use the reset link on the sign-in page; the email goes to your verified work address.
- Lost your authenticator? Contact your administrator, who can reset your sign-in security.
The mobile app
The Whon app shows your schedule, colleagues on the same week, and lets you submit time-off requests and call swaps. It uses the same account as the web version. Invitation and password-reset links open the app when it is installed.
Reporting a problem
Email support@whon.ai with your department, what you were doing, and what you saw. We reply within one business day. Please do not include any patient information in support requests — Whon does not hold patient data and support staff must not receive it.
Account changes
Roles, access and account removal are handled by your department administrator. To request removal of your account, ask your administrator or email privacy@whon.ai.
